At our practice, we strive to provide excellence in all aspects of our service. However, if you are dissatisfied with any part of the care you have received, we encourage you to let us know.
Please submit your complaint in writing, either in person or via email to:

Upon receiving your complaint, our Practice Manager will acknowledge receipt in writing within 48 hours, outlining the next steps and the support services available to you throughout the process.
Your wellbeing and feedback are of the utmost importance to us.
