** PLEASE NOTE:
- All consultations on a Saturday will incur a private fee regardless of concession status or age.
- Newhaven Medical Clinic is a private billing clinic. All patients over the age of 15 years will incur an out-of-pocket fee.
- Medicare rebate for a private phone consultation only applies if the patient has been seen face to face by a WMG doctor within 12 months of the date of service.
- We require full payment at the time of consultation. EFTPOS and credit card facilities are available, and your Medicare rebate can be claimed instantly onto your EFTPOS card via our TYRO system.
Bulk Billing Available
We offer bulk billing for eligible patients at our clinics in the Bass Coast, ensuring accessible healthcare for those who qualify. Bulk billing is available for:
- Pensioner Concession Card holders
- Veteran (DVA) Card holders
- Healthcare Card holders
- Children under 16 years
*Excludes Newhaven Clinic, Saturdays, after-hours, procedure room and skin check fees, non-claimable Medicare items, and visiting specialist fees.
